At King Vape, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied or have any issue in the product, here’s how our return and exchange policy works:

 

Return and Exchange Eligibility

  • You can return or exchange your items within 3 days after purchase.
  • The product must be unused, in resealable condition, and in its original packaging with everything that came with it
  • You must have the original invoice/receipt of purchase to return the product.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and re-use issues, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • E-Liquids
  • Coils and Tanks
  • Batteries
  • Mouthpieces and Drip Tips
  • Atomizers

Please check these items carefully before buying or accepting delivery.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your product arrives damaged or broken, let us know within 3 days by calling us at +92-309-2555464
  • Include clear details, images, or videos of the problem.
  • The product must be returned with the original packaging and all items that came with it.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

  • If you prefer an exchange, we can send you a replacement or offer store credit for future purchases.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.

When We Cannot Accept Returns

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The product has been used, modified, or repaired by anyone other than King Vape.
  • The product is not in resellable condition or missing any parts.
  • The item has been damaged due to extreme temperatures, water, or mishandling.
  • You try to return after 3 days.
